CNC Bender now responds to a joystick or pendant buttons when direct-axis jogging more quickly than the first version.

Direct axis jogs are now controlled directly in CNC Processor's main loop - which makes the action instant rather than delayed when pressing the joy stick or a button.

Benderlink now sends radii values when the measuring center requests a data update.
