The flexClamp is an innovative tube clamp system for the tube fabrication industry. The new clamp features a light cast-alloy clamp body with unique built-in features for capture of 38mm to 88mm tube (with the clamp insert: down to 2mm)

QUICK CLOSE RATCHET

The quick-closing ratchet feature allows for quick closing on the tube/pipe being held by the tube clamp. The ratchet includes a quick release lever for quickly pulling the clamp away from the tube when unloading.

STABLE BASE

Our tube clamp uses a heavy base to hold heavy pipes in place securely.

BALL and SOCKET JOINT

The ball and socket joint allows the clamp to be positioned in many positions to accommodate different tube shapes.

TUBE CLAMP INSERT

The tube clamp has a removeable insert that will acommodate any size tubing from 0.070 inches (2mm) to 3.5 inches (88mm) diameter.

SPRING LOADED THUMBSCREW CLAMP

This clamp allows for removal and rotation of the alloy clamp body for additional positioning of the clamp.

HAMMERITE FINISH

The clamp uses a HAMMERITE finish. We can even create your clamp with custom colors.
