The Bender Data charts (shown below) show the data necessary to form the tube on a tube bender using various styles of charts.
Some engineers need to calculate ALL the lengths in a tube shape to be displayed in report form. Therefore, this chart shows the start and stop location of each bend along the tube by accumulating the lengths from the end of the tube. Also, the chart includes Arc lengths at each bend.
Note that this chart displays two charts in order to show the accumulated data as it builds from either end of the tube.

These two charts are redesigns of the existing bender data charts with the exception that these charts also contain tangent distance values.
A tangent distance is the distance from an intersection point back or forward to the tangent point (where the bend arc meets the straight section of tube).
